My work combines human movement, sport, coaching, and wellness education to help individuals perform at their best and improve overall quality of life.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Applied Science and Criminology and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Kinesiology & Sports Management at Texas A&M University. With a strong foundation in exercise science, I bring expertise that blends physical performance with insights from psychology, sociology, and human behavior.
As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I’ve also completed advanced training with VIPR Pro’s 4Q Program, Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and earned credentials as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through NASM.
Whether it’s enhancing athletic performance, correcting movement patterns, or building long-term wellness strategies, I’m committed to helping people achieve lasting results.
As a founding member of SFPC, I helped establish the vision and foundation of the business. I currently serve as the Director of Athlete Development and Senior Vice President, where I lead high-level performance programs and oversee strategic training initiatives for elite athletes.
